T3 Alaska program has three foundational pillars: Growth Mindset: Growth mindset is the idea that everyone can develop abilities, challenges help you grow, feedback is constructive and with effort you can succeed even in failure. Technology Skills: Alaska is at the cutting edge of technology and research. We equip our students with in-demand technology skills utilized in placed-based experiential learning. Community Engagement: T3 Alaska network of community partners encourages student involvement, cultivating a sense of responsibility and problem-solving within Alaska’s communities.
