Over the last few months, small businesses, charity, community organisations have been forced to implement a digital strategy to remain open. Some organisations sadly could not adapt to the new way of working and delivering services. As a consequence of this, they have been forced to close their door for a prolonged period. Young people that depended on service like these will not have been able to access, therefore leaving them with nothing to do or limited things to do. This would have been discouraging especially during these times and potentially after the crisis. TA Digital Design is a social enterprise that will focus on helping organisations develop and implement a digital transformation strategy. Previous experience includes working across voluntary, community sector, and public services to improve the outcome for children and young people. Skilled in transformation, delivery and design of services. With a proven track record in bringing an innovative approach to deliver projects and support the commissioning cycle. From being a young commissioner to an experienced school governor. Harnessing all skills gained from my full range of experiences to be able to fulfil my passion which is to improve the quality, increase the value and promote youth services by digitally transforming how they manage and deliver services.
