TAARO is a newly established alliance working to strengthen assistive technology (AT) and rehabilitation systems across the Pacific.
We’re a collective of allied health and public health professionals partnering with Pacific communities to support community-led solutions that improve mobility, hearing, and vision outcomes.
TAARO supports governments, DPOs, NGOs, and service providers to design, scale, and sustain accessible AT and rehabilitation services. We collaborate on strategy, research, and systems strengthening, aligning with country priorities and the Sustainable Development Goals.
We also advocate for greater investment in the rehabilitation workforce, and offer support in training, education, and service management to help grow and retain locally led expertise.
