She is a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) specializing in Compensation, Pension, Benefits, Pay Equity, HR Advisory, Leadership, Board Governance, Policies, Change Management, and Human Capital. Taba partners with her clients to provide tailored HR solutions that streamline business operations with strategic HR processes. Taba's true passion lies in working with business start-ups as an HR Business Partner to build, coach, and develop HR departments that drive growth and success.
