Created by Dustin Meyers, a veteran restaurant guy who has held virtually every position in the front-of-the-house, our course utilizes real stories and experiences of other servers so you can make better decisions and follow the law. We aren't some corporate training company based in another state and our course doesn't have cheesy skits with Z-list actors. Our course was made by servers, for servers in the great state of Texas.
