TABFW Business Owner Advisory Boards

TABFW, The Alternative Board of Greater Fort Worth Area, is a 25 year old, international membership organization which facilitates advisory boards of business owner peers. Business owners worldwide want a group of peers who get what they are managing in their business every day, partners in non-competing companies, who relay out-of-the-box, real world ideas and peer accountability to get done what they want accomplish. They seek balance in their lives, increase in value of their enterprise and a stategy for a successful exit. They work monthly on their business with their peer board and their seasoned facilitator/personal coach. TABFW is part of TAB, The Alternative Board, founded in 1992, now in 18 countries because all business owners have the same opportunities and challenges in the six areas all businesses share: Vision, People, Data, Process, Issues, and Traction. TAB members meet with their peer board and facilitator monthly to learn from one another in confidential, frank discussions that open eyes to new alternatives and opportunities brought from different vantage points; and help members determine what they need to change, and how to confidently make the needed change. Their peers and their facilitator / coach keep them accountable for getting their "To Dos" done. This group believes in hard work and fun in equal measure.
