Effective teamwork relies on a huge range of skills. Whether that’s communication, respect, collaboration, trust, or conflict resolution, each of these skill-sets need more than just teaching. They need to be exercised, practiced and worked at until they become subconscious. This is what unlocks the capacity of teams to achieve their potential, and this is what is missing from the vast majority of team dynamics workshops. This is the key problem that Tabletop Teams was founded to solve. We realised that for those skills to make meaningful change, teams need an opportunity to practice those skills without the pressure of business on their shoulders. To explore their own dynamics in a deep, engaging and fulfilling role-playing environment that persists across multiple sessions. An environment where the world brings engagement, and the narrative will stress-test the team on their weaknesses. A world where they will have the opportunity to show how their new skills will enable them to excel. This is what we bring to the table.
