TAC.social is an animal welfare & veterinary company in Cluj-Napoca, Romania, set up both as a non-governmental organization and as a social business supporting the NGO's operations. As a charity, we offer to partner NGOs and local public administrations medical campaigns on location, focused on spaying and neutering of homeless dogs and cats and of pets owned by people with low incomes. As a veterinary practice, we offer highly affordable veterinary services to pets in Cluj-Napoca and around.
