Theatre Artists’ Co-operative: the Independent Collective Series or TACTICS is Ottawa’s innovative mid-sized theatre company supporting independent productions, collectives and new works. Curated and Led by: Lydia Talajic & Micah Jondel DeShazer. Vision: TACTICS is in direct pursuit of becoming a model cornerstone of a thriving independent arts scene in Canada, by building an essential, sustainable and healthy local theatre community. Mission: To support our national capital region in being a thriving, sustainable community where independent talent wants to live, dream big and produce astonishing live performing arts. Mandate: TACTICS is an inclusive theatre group that provides a platform for local indie artists for the development and production of works that embrace bold, inventive & innovative stories while strengthening the professional Ottawa theatre community.
