Tactus Capital, which operates under the Tactus Group's ownership and was founded in 2013, has consistently provided an exceptional array of advisory services to a distinguished clientele comprising listed corporations, state-owned enterprises, large private enterprises, B-BBEE investment firms, multinational corporations, family-owned businesses, private equity firms, and high net worth individuals. We offer corporate advisory services for various activities, including amongst others, mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, refinancing, restructures, company valuations, B-BBEE Ownership transactions and joint ventures. Our objective is to offer impartial and independent insights that address key success factors across the entire transaction process. By establishing and maintaining strong partnerships with a number of reputable local and international advisory firms and institutions in sub-Saharan Africa, India, China, and Hong Kong, we are able to collaborate on a select number of mandate transactions. Over the course of a decade, we have amassed a record of transactions with a combined value of approximately R40 billion.
