"Tadkar Software Engineering Company" is known as a pioneer of providing software systems and systematic methods in project management and portfolio management in construction and civil, with more than 30 years of experience in the market of Iran. Tadkar has started its business in 1981. Now it promotes web-based solutions on the edge of the current technology and using Agile Scrum for its methodology in managing and controlling Tadkars’ complex digital platforms. A mix of young and experienced talented people are working in different strategic business units, SBUs, focusing on a few brands as well as new pipelines in oil& gas and digital health. With the main three brands, Tadkar has grasped the high reputation of the construction industry in project management so that to date there are more than 30,000 users and 9,000 consulting, clients, and executive contractors’ companies. The main brands are Shahab, a web-based solution, Tadkar, the windows-based service, and Hamrah-Tadkar, the mobile app. In 2011, the National Planning and Budget Organization of Iran introduced Tadkar as the exclusive consultant of the organization in civil project management. The strategic platform called SAFAT had been introduced as a strategic project in the national price list system, price adjustment, quantity surveyor, and contracts.
