TAEI (The Advancement of Empathy and Integrity) Academy is a values-based education and ethics initiative designed to rebuild the emotional, moral, and psychological foundations of how we teach, lead, and now, how we code. In a world dominated by automation, polarization, and disconnection, TAEI is a counterforce: a framework that centers empathy, truth, peace, right conduct, and nonviolence as non-negotiable core values in both human development and human-aligned technology. Founded by Dr. Milan LaBrey, TAEI began as a values-based, emotional intelligence curriculum for children and educators. It has since expanded into a global initiative addressing the ethical, emotional, and societal gaps emerging in the age of AI. TAEI Academy works across sectors to: 1.
