Taft Development Group

Taft Development Group is an affiliate of Taft Family Offices, which has been in operation since 1983. In that time, Taft has developed in excess of 2 million square feet of commercial real estate and more than 2,400 apartment units. Our headquarters are in Greenville, North Carolina, and although many of these developments have been in North Carolina, some are located in Florida, California, Virginia and Texas. In addition to our residential sites, our projects include a major retail shopping center, multi-story medical/clinical office buildings, governmental offices, warehouses, flex spaces and mini storages. Taft Family Offices also includes a staff of 12 that manages approximately 1,950 apartment units and is assisted by an additional 30 members of on-site personnel.
