It was developed by a professional linesmen out of ingenuity to include features on the lockout-tagout device which make it more efficient and cost-effective. Sold to power companies, construction companies, maintenance departments and more.

eye loop - allows Tag-Lok to be secured with a locking device
hook design - easily put into place with a "hot stick"
