In recent years, as concern for the environment grows, the decision was taken to ensure that every aspect of the Company would reflect this concern. The main products used are simply glass and aluminium, both of which are fully recyclable and in fact the production of new float glass for glazing purposes actually requires 15% ‘cullet’ (recycled glass) to improve efficiency, whilst the remainder ends up in the production of containers, such as bottles and jars. Aluminium is 99% recyclable and many products are manufactured either from partially or wholly recycled goods. The Company uses cutting edge products from leading manufacturers to ensure a superb installation in your property. Double or triple ultra high performance safety glazed units can be tailored to any requirement, solving potential problems such as excessive solar gain, noise reduction and thermal efficiency. Every glazed unit that is installed by the Company is guaranteed to fulfil or exceed every regulation and requirement under UK and EU Laws for quality of manufacture safety when installed. TAG also offers a range of ‘Hybrid’ framing possibilities, all offering the same high quality finish and glazing variations, but with an aluminium external section and a high quality engineered timber internally, which may be supplied painted to any colour or in a natural wood finish.
