Tahadi Performance was created to address the growing need for structured, high-quality youth development programs focused on physical health, movement, and long-term wellbeing. Built in direct response to rising inactivity and physical illiteracy, Tahadi supports the UAE’s National Sports Strategy 2030 and national health and prevention goals by equipping young people with the skills, habits, and confidence to lead active, healthy lives. We specialize in designing and delivering physical literacy programmes that are age-appropriate, evidence-based, and grounded in long-term development. Our work spans early years through adolescence and is embedded in schools, sports clubs, and community initiatives across Abu Dhabi.
