We are here to improve Customer Success workflows with an app that allows for easier time logging. Instead of having to log hours within a website application, we offer a Chrome Extension in which you can log the hours so you don't forget about logging the task! Additionally, we combined time and task management into one platform to allow for one source of truth for time and task management. In subsequent product releases, we aim to make use of GPT-4 technology as an aide to provide estimates for how much time was spent on a task. At the end of the day, we want your team to have as many resources available as possible. This application will allow your team to stay on top of projects while providing you with the chance to upsell on hours since you would be accurately tracking time with us.
