OK so here's the deal. A couple of formerly over-worked globetrotters, grounded by a global pandemic and sorely in need of entertainment, tapped into their network of A-list friends and business contacts -- the brilliant people behind the things we all love -- and built a podcast series to help people improve their business competitiveness and personal success. We figured pretty much everyone who works for a living would enjoy hearing lawn chair "here's how we do it" stories from CEOs and CMO's of some of the world's most beloved brands (like Coca-Cola, Uber, Nike, Gatorade, Harley-Davidson) academy award-winning filmmakers, sports superstars-turned-entrepreneurs, epic adventurers, military heroes and other world-changers as much as we do. Our mission: Learn from the best while having fun (and most likely embarrassing ourselves). The pandemic subsided, but the podcast continues! Here's the abridged 411 on your tolerable (yet mostly-unfamous, you might say unfairly-unfamous) hosts, who have spent their careers working for or advising some of the world's most successful brands and life-changing start-ups: Ken Schmidt is a keynote speaker, co-founder of Torque Sessions leadership consultancy, best-selling author, former director of communication at Harley-Davidson, adviser to your favorite businesses and cat allergy sufferer. Martin Flaherty is the other co-founder of Torque Sessions. His leadership advisory skills have brought him to powerhouses like Coca-Cola, GM and Herman-Miller, to namedrop a few biggies.
