Tailored Futures CIC

Tailored Futures CIC is an award-winning social enterprise transforming the lives of people involved in the criminal justice system. Founded in 2014, we work to bridge the gap between statutory services and people on probation by providing practical, personalised support. Over the years, we’ve built a strong track record working in partnership with local authorities, the Ministry of Justice, and community organisations to develop practical solutions that address barriers to resettlement, employment, and social inclusion. One of our key achievements has been winning the Mayor of London’s No Wrong Door Innovation Challenge, recognising our work to improve reintegration. This success led to the development of ReintegrateMe, a purpose-built digital platform designed to help people with convictions access employment opportunities, tailored support, and positive networks. Through our partnerships and services, we continue to support individuals to make sustainable progress and build more stable, independent lives.
