Our story starts knee-deep in a huge pile of chickpeas in 2005 in NYC’s West Village, where we opened our first tiny kitchen — bringing the vibrant, fresh flavors of the Mediterranean to our hometown. Now, we have locations across NYC, NJ, MD, VA, and DC with many more on the way.
