Taj group is an international investment hospitality platform. We start our process by showing the list of apartments suitable for both investment and hospitality in Istanbul. Together with owned apartments presented to us by clients. In this case, our team immediately tests it for whether it meets our operating standards or not. If not, we take care of it until we make it suitable to be operated and listed by us. In this step, we make the necessary flips until we meet all the standards needed to add the house to our system. Now we move to the magic, operations! We list the apartments on our personal platform, as well as the global hospitality platforms which are: Airbnb, Agoda, Booking, and Mariott. We receive our guests' bookings and run them through our systems, making sure they are safe, suitable, and are coming to the most convenient place for their case. We send out our maintenance team to make sure everything is perfect; along with the cleaning team to professionally clean the unit before each check in. And finally, our field operators take care of the check in process where they welcome the guests, give them the keys and take them on a little tour in their place. We gratefully end up with happy guests, and happier investors!
