Take my hand organization is a newly registered organization in Turkey on 5/7/2019
However, its activities and services in the medical framework began since the beginning of 2012 in Jordan, where it was providing medical treatment and psychological support to the war-wounded, and during the period between 2012-2015, more than 5,000 free surgical operations were performed for the wounded in cooperation with the United Nations and visiting medical teams from America and Europe And the Arabian Gulf, at Al-Makassed Charitable Hospital in the Jordanian capital, Amman
And in the period between 2015 and the beginning of 2018, it established a medical center for the treatment of Syrian refugees in Istanbul
The medical center used to receive 700 patients daily and employ fifty doctors of various specialties
After the recent developments in Turkey regarding the work of Syrians in Istanbul, the medical center was closed pending a new mechanism for medical work, and the Take My Hand Association was established to be mainly responsible for supporting children with special needs and psychological support for parents.
