Take-Pause: Reducing stress using virtual reality and mindfulness. 3 minutes of Take-Pause has been shown to reduce stress significantly. It was tested in a randomized control trial in the pediatric ER at Maimonides in Brooklyn. Now it is being used in a number of settings, from pediatric urgent care to adult inpatient rehab.
