Girl, time has gotten away from you. And it’s okay, that’s the phase of life you are in. You are building up your family, your marriage or relationship, and maybe even your career.
But what about the dreams that were placed on your heart? You know, the ones you envisioned when you were a young girl?
In all of this “life building” many of us mamas are forgetting who we used to be; we’re forgetting the things we wanted to do or the places we wanted to go.
And worst still, we aren’t taking care of ourselves. We aren’t eating right, or drinking enough water. We might not take the time to exercise, or just even walk around the block a few times a week.
Maybe you’ve forgotten what it feels like to have alone time with your significant other, or even alone time with YOURSELF.
And you might feel that you don’t have the time to do these things because of everything else that’s going on in your life.

You can’t. You just can’t. I don’t care how amazing you are, you can’t make something from nothing. You can’t keep giving yourself to everything else without “refueling” your body, mind, and spirit...without refuel the very essence of who you are and want to be.
