𝗔𝘁 𝗧𝗮𝗸𝗧𝗶𝗸, 𝘄𝗲 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺 𝗼𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗲𝗰𝗼𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺𝘀—𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗲𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗱𝗼𝗻’𝘁 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸, 𝗯𝘂𝘁 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘄, 𝗯𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗴, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗯𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲. Our approach is inspired by the concept of 𝗗𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗯𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗹𝘆 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗢𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 (DDOs), developed by Harvard professors Robert Kegan—where every day offers a chance to learn, evolve, and thrive together. We focus on executive teams and the organizations they lead. 𝗪𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗲𝘃𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗾𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗽𝗲𝘀 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴—𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗺𝗲𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗳𝘂𝗹 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁𝘀 𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘁𝗼𝗽. Our mission is to help leaders build sustainable, high-performing workplaces through 𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗹𝗼𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗰𝗼𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴. We work on three levels: individual, team, and organization. We are a team of three seasoned professionals, each with nearly 30 years of experience in leadership roles within large global corporations. 𝗪𝗲’𝘃𝗲 𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗻𝗮𝘃𝗶𝗴𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘅𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗺𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗶𝗰𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗹, 𝗺𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗶-𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗲𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗲𝗻𝘃𝗶𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀—𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘄𝗲 𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄 𝗵𝗼𝘄 𝘁𝗼 𝗴𝘂𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗺. We met at INSEAD, where we studied coaching, consulting, and systems psychodynamics. 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗹𝘆 𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗲𝘀 𝘂𝘀, 𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵, 𝗶𝘀 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗽𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗼𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗱𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁—𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗯𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗯𝗲 𝗮 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘄𝘁𝗵, 𝗺𝗲𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻.
