The MISSION of Talbott Legacy Centers (TLC) is to address the substance use and overdose epidemic through a holistic approach to evidence-based healing. The Patricia Hall Talbott Legacy Centers, LLC (TLC) is a member-managed limited liability company headquartered in Maryville, Tennessee currently operating and/or establishing comprehensive, outpatient treatment programs for substance use and/or mental disorders in Eastern Tennessee, Northern Georgia, and surrounding areas of need.
