Taledge works in two major areas, one of which is Engineering Services and the other is Workforce Competency Management services. In engineering services, it provides advisory services in Industry 4.0 and Digitization, and OTS (Operator Training Simulator) implementation services to its global clients. In workforce competency, we identify and develop the hidden potential in individuals, leaders, as well as teams - it is done using scientifically developed and quality-certified psychometric assessments followed by targeted coaching. We are the Indian partners with a German organization DNLA (Discovering Natural Latent Abilities) which has been a pioneer in the past 30+ years in this domain.
