Laura Lewin - the founder A psychologist by background, Laura’s mission is to equip people to lead ‘in good faith’ to enhance society, whether their sphere of influence is business, NGOs or government. She has spent 20 years developing the skills and personal qualities to help individuals and organisations achieve this. And during those decades, has built relationships with a wide range of extraordinary specialists who are all masters in their fields. It’s her great privilege now to be able to weave the most effective practitioners together for different client engagements so that Talent Catalyst can provide a more holistic and effective solution for different client situations.
