Talent Catch is an Independent Specialist Tech and Early Years Permanent Recruiter. The company was formed after a very successful 20 year career . The Early Years was our 1st division formed at the end of 2017 with a further Tech Division introduced in May 2018. EMPLOYERS: Our aims are to form a consultancy partnership with quality employers. We assist in sourcing professional and capable individuals to fill permanent jobs. Talent Catch can save employers valuable time, money and be totally cost effective. We gain a full understanding of their particular needs to ensure we match to their criteria for all levels of posts within the Tech & Early Years sectors. We offer support throughout the whole recruitment process and believe that clarity, honesty and communication are key factors to all parties concerned. There are no initial costs for advertising, job evaluations, sourcing, interview management etc. as we solely charge on completion and successful placement/commencement of a candidate. JOBSEEKERS: Talent Catch is a totally free resource to suitable permanent jobseekers/candidates within our markets. We will support them via regular contact throughout their application. Candidates will benefit from an initial CV analysis and evaluation at the 1st stage to gauge skills/qualification to proceed. 2nd stage will be a discussion/interview to further gauge their abilities, knowledge and general aspirations. 3rd stage is an overview of expectations notifications of suitable roles available. We will only forward candidate’s CV to posts with their prior permission and ensure total discretion and confidentiality throughout. Support is also offered for interview preparation and career guidance.
