TALENT ID is a non-for-profit organization that develops applied and fundamental research in the areas of Design, Marketing and Communication. TALENT ID is the result of the need to create a managing structure for the research done at IDIM - Institute for the Development and Research in Marketing currently named IPAM Lab, created in 1996, and UNIDCOM - Research Unit in Design, Marketing and Communication founded in 2000. Thus, since 2010 TALENT ID is the managing structure of these two research units and its activities. TALENT ID supports itself on the expertise of its founding members in the development of research projects that create value for its partners and society as a whole. TALENT ID currently includes UNIDCOM - Research Unit in Design, Marketing and Communication and IPAM Lab - Research Unit in Marketing and Consumption and a network of partners. TALENT ID strives to create value added to its partners (companies, R&D Units and other Institutions) and to the society as a whole by building on its distinctive capabilities of marketing-design-marketing to support company’s internationalization processes, via radical or incremental improvements in products and services and the identification of winning marketing strategies. Furthermore we seek to advance and disseminate scientific knowledge in our fields of expertise by organizing conferences, workshops and publications of a scientific nature.
