We live and breathe recruiting! Talent Support was founded in 2021 with the aim of supporting companies with recruitment and active sourcing on an interim basis. From start-ups to large corporations, we accompany companies in their growth and provide targeted support for HR departments. Not only our interim service appeals to companies, but also our new package "Active Sourcing as a Service Model" has generated great interest, where we feel part of our clients' internal recruiting team and fill the applicant pipeline in a targeted and efficient approach. In addition, we go beyond geographical and maritime borders and offer a service that brings international candidates together with companies based in Germany, thus creating a solution for filling the numerous vacancies in Germany.
