Many talented women had to leave their prospering career/job to raise a family as soon as they got married! As time goes by they start undermining themselves, start doubting their abilities, and lose their self-esteem! All those years they had spent on studying hard and well, seems as a waste of time and money. They are stuck with the feeling of not doing something worthwhile in their life. Even when some of the lucky ones get a chance to restart their career; they lose out to lack of opportunities, lack of skills and self-confidence. TalentDiva aspires to become a one stop professional solution for women who want another chance to career. The goal is to boost their confidence and employability by giving them self-improvement counselling skills based training. TalentDiva will also equip them with professionally written resume` and job opportunities. TalentDiva will reach out to start-ups and liaise with business institutions to procure more full-time employment opportunities for women. We will encourage them to provide more part-time jobs or work from home opportunities for those women who cannot continue with full-time jobs.
