But as we delivered results, something became clear - our approach resonated far beyond one industry or department.
Clients began turning to us to help solve broader hiring challenges. They valued our responsiveness, our deep understanding of talent, and the trust we built throughout every search. We listened, expanded our team, and by 2024, officially launched Talent Edge Recruiting as a full-service, standalone firm.
