What we do and why we do it We believe that having the best talent in the right roles is key to the success of every business – our belief is that Talent Matters! We want organisations to optimise productivity and reduce the risk and cost of poor recruitment decisions. We partner with organisations to help them identify their talent needs, competencies and capabilities. We support them in advertising and sourcing, attracting the right talent, assessing and ultimately hiring and retaining top talent. The service we provide to organisations can be simply described as an 'Expert and Experienced Recruitment Team' without the cost of employing a full-time Recruitment Team. Our business model echoes this in that we provide an ‘in-house’ recruitment service as a consultancy. We also provide specialised and expert services such as: • Developing, implementing and delivering recruitment strategy • Be-spoke assessment design (up to and including executive level) • Psychometric testing • Interviewer training and interview preparation coaching • Outsourced interviewing • Executive level interviewing and assessment services About us Talent Matters was founded by Ciara Stewart of Ciara Stewart Consulting (www.ciarastewartconsulting.ie) in 2023. Ciara and her team have many years' experience in supporting a wide range of organisations from large multinationals to SME’s in making the best people & talent decisions. The results that Ciara has achieved for organisations are enhanced by her unique ability and experience in understanding how organisations’ strategy, mission, values, culture, requirements and roles are aligned and intertwined.
