We don’t just do training and coaching, of course we do this (and we do it better than most) but really TalentPool is about far more than that.

Most crucially facilitators who are real entrepreneurs in their own right, QQI accreditation, we have an Internationally Accredited educational Q.A. (institute of Leadership and Management) This means a TalentPool session has a facilitator fully armed with all the knowledge, skills and attitudes to deliver stellar assistance to small start ups
