Stefanie is the President & Managing Partner of TalenTru. Stefanie is incredibly passionate about the needs and wants of her clients and has been a trusted advisor to many throughout the years. Her experience enables her to identify the competencies and critical success factors that drive high-performers and teams. She is well known for her ability to partner and advise managers during the hiring process, to quickly adapt throughout many industries, and for her keen ability to identify candidates that are not only the most qualified for the position but who are also the best fit for the company culture. Her background &experience includes working for the Management Resources Group at Robert Half where she was a Multimillion Dollar producer quickly promoted to VP as she helped her region move to #1 internationally. Before that she spent 9 years at Accretive Solutions/RGP, where he served as a Director of Recruitment, leading all recruiting efforts for the Texas Region. Nationally ranked as top recruiter for both companies during her entire tenure. Additionally, Stefanie spearheaded multiple company-wide initiatives for the recruiting organization including process re-engineering, best practices standardization/implementation, performance management, dashboard reporting, new hire and systems training. Stefanie holds a BA from SMU. She has also attended Law School & obtained her Paralegal Certification from SMU and is an AIRs Certified Recruiter. She has 25+ years of recruitment and leadership experience in professional services, technology, corporate &staffing environments. She has an action-oriented approach to recruiting and is very passionate about the business.
