Before that she spent 9 years at Accretive Solutions/RGP, where he served as a Director of Recruitment, leading all recruiting efforts for the Texas Region. Nationally ranked as top recruiter for both companies during her entire tenure. Additionally, Stefanie spearheaded multiple company-wide initiatives for the recruiting organization including process re-engineering, best practices standardization/implementation, performance management, dashboard reporting, new hire and systems training. Stefanie holds a BA from SMU. She has also attended Law School & obtained her Paralegal Certification from SMU and is an AIRs Certified Recruiter. She has 25+ years of recruitment and leadership experience in professional services, technology, corporate &staffing environments. She has an action-oriented approach to recruiting and is very passionate about the business.
