As a Rec2Rec, we only work with a handful of carefully selected agencies who recruit within the STEM fields (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics). Recruiting since 2008, and having studied agency hiring stats, we have a good idea of the best agencies to work for in the UK. In this case, less truly means more. During this time, we've had a great time building amazing relationships with Recruiters and continue to do so today. Recruitment is all about relationships, the old ones and the new ones! The candidates we represent are as carefully selected as our clients, quality over quantity wins every time.
