Tim and business partner Robert Milne have a strong track record in the development and commercialisation of their highly successful New Zealand careers and employment brands. Their brands and digital channels have become the connection point between employers and key stakeholders with New Zealand youth and emerging talent. TalentWire comprises of three key divisions: AttractHQ – Sales and Account Management company. AttractHQ currently markets and services three specialist youth careers and employment brands. These include websites GradConnection NZ (Est 2009), SchoolConnect Est (2012) and NextStep Magazine (Est 2014). TalentSolutions – Consulting & Research company. TalentSolutions is the consulting and research division of the group. TalentSolutions undertake three youth focused surveys annually. Greendoor Design – Design and Publishing company that produces Next Step magazine along with various reports ascertaining to research on New Zealand's youth employment market.
