Eruvwu is a people project founded by two unapologetic art lovers. It was born out of a profound discontent from seeing the same art styles, the relentless commercialization of creativity and disconnect between art and culture and we decided to do something about it. Eruvwu exists to spotlight the unseen, unrecorded, overlooked and underrepresented. Our focus is clear: to elevate the voices, stories and crafts of Nigeria, Africa and indigenous communities worldwide. At Eruvwu, art is more than just visual—it’s cultural, emotional and transformative. From fashion, music, and film to photography and traditional crafts, we embrace art in all its forms and create spaces for it to thrive. Through exhibitions, workshops, concerts and other events, we want to build a deeper connection our culture and bring fresh energy to the art scene. But we’re not just about showcasing talent. We’re committed to driving change and providing tangible support. With an upcoming art fund, we aim to empower artists financially, while proceeds from our events will go towards supporting minority groups and sustainability-focused communities. Because we believe in preserving the earth and nurturing the people who inhabit it. After all, the earth inspires us and deserves to be protected.
