Hey there! I'm Tali, a data enthusiast who spent over 13 years helping great products become even greater through intelligent use of data. After exciting journeys as Director of Data at Wix (10 years) and Head of Data at Simply (2 years), I've ventured into the independent consulting world where I get to combine all of my passions. What drives me? Helping both companies and individuals grow through data. Whether I'm designing data strategies that actually align with business goals, mentoring up-and-coming data professionals, or delivering workshops and lectures on data strategy and effective analytics, I'm all about making data work in real, practical ways. My workshops focus on transforming how teams communicate with data, helping analysts create maximum impact with their insights. I'm especially proud of co-founding "Data Queens," which has grown into a vibrant community of nearly 2,000 women in data across Israel.
