Talk Loans has been set up to broker loan and other financial products to the UK population. Founded by four individuals with a combined 40 years in financial services, Talk Loans aims to do things a little bit differently.
Our ethos is around delivering great service to applicants. We achieve this by offering a traditional, one to one customer experience. All of our applicants complete detailed telephone reviews with us, before being introduced to any one of the partners on our panel. We aim to work exclusively on a mutual success basis, earning commissions from successful introductions.
We are very proud to be one of the first brokerages in the UK to achieve fully authorised FCA status and also have the authorisation to take on appointed representatives. Our focus on delivering good customer outcomes and working collaboratively with partners, has enabled us to set up as a long term, stable business.
We are entirely UK based, with our office and contact centre based in Norwich. Talk Loans is wholly owned by Butler Westbury Limited.
