My practice is grounded in openness and honesty. Any life experience brought into our session will be met with no judgement, and only a genuine goal to support you through the various challenges life has to offer. I specialize in anxiety, relationships with yourself and others, and the overwhelming stress that accompanies the changes that occur in our lives. Through the therapy process, I help individuals feel empowered in the lives they live, build strong and healthy relationships, feel supported in the healing and change process, and live their authentic self.
