About Talking is Mental CIC
We are a Glasgow-based initiative established in 2024 looking to combat loneliness, depression and anxiety. We do this by connecting people through a variety of activity groups and encouraging dialogue about the impact of loneliness on mental health. If you are dealing with loneliness we are here to help, come along to one of our groups to make new friends, find a new hobby and take positive steps towards combatting loneliness, poor mental health and anxiety.
