We offer easy access to a wide range of therapies as recommended by the National Institute for Health and Clinical Excellence (NICE), primarily Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and also Counselling in certain circumstances.
Our team has a wide range of experience and is made up of Psychological Wellbeing Practitioners (PWP), High Intensity CBT Therapists, Counsellors, Clinical Psychologists and Mindfulness practitioners.
