Tall Post is a cidery nestled in the heart of farmland and a product of Aaron Post’s passion for both small business and the orchards of Niagara region. Driven by his passion in faith, quality and craft, Tall Post continually reaches for and pushes the boundaries in flavour, customer service and experimentation to create unique and compelling products and experiences for consumers. Focused on small-batch craft experiences, Aaron searches out new spices, flavours, and Ontario-grown fruits to be integrated into each blend. Through Tall Post, he works to offer an Ontario farm experience and aims to grow or source on site each product implemented in each batch.
