Welcome to Talm Therapy, a new mental health clinic based in downtown Toronto. Our mission is to provide comprehensive psychotherapy and counselling services to adults aged 18 and above, offering both in-person and remote sessions tailored to your needs. Furthermore, we facilitate rapid-access psychiatric assessments for clients referred by their physicians.
At Talm, we are committed to delivering mental health treatment in a inclusive, and results-based manner. We believe in measurement-based care, so we regularly revisit client goals and utilize modern tools that encourage client feedback. Our therapists participate in group supervision, engage in gold-standard professional development programs, and regularly coordinate with a lead psychiatrist to optimize care.
