Welcome to Talnea Machining and Manufacturing Inc. We are a close tolerance, custom precision machining facility located in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. Our specialization is competitive prototyping and production of small to medium sized machined components for other manufacturing companies in a variety of fields including energy, high technology, defense and electronics. Our capabilities range from 3/16" up to 30" in diameter. Whether you are looking for a small components to be produced on our state of the art Swiss-Style screw machines, or larger components produced in our Multi-Spindle, Multi-Axis machines, Talnea has the service offering to suit your needs. Standard Turning and Milling centers round out our shop so that our team of qualified/certified professionals is ready and able to get your job done. We have manufactured customer components for a wide variety of industries. This includes SHEAR SCREWS/PINS (as well as internal testing facilities), valve components, pipeline parts, oilfield products, high end printer components, environmental control products, defense industry, electronics components, and everything in between. We are available to quote your requirements upon receipt of a drawing or sample.
