TALPER SEND PROVISION LTD

The TALPER Supported Internship Programme will help you to gain the work place skills you need to support your transition in to the world of work. You will be supported in the workplace by a Job Coach who is there to help you to learn a variety of different tasks within a job role. In addition to learning different job roles you will also be developing your life skills, such as, communication, confidence and independence. The Programme: * In local areas of Barking and Dagenham, Haveing, Redbridge and Newham * Free for young people with an EHCP * 1 year (36 weeks) Programme * 3 days in the workplace * 1 day in a the classroom learning employability skills, Maths and English We offer young people aged 16-24 who are in receipt of an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) with real life work experience whilst being supported by a job coach on site. This experience will equip you with the workplace skills necessary to aid you into achieving sustainable paid employment.
