Tamarack Computers is a computer sales and consulting company located in Yellowknife. We provide local IT support to private and public sector businesses in the Northwest Territories, including network setup and maintenance, computer service and repair, Internet service, servers and backup solutions. Our consulting department also offers planning services in the critical areas of infrastructure, purchasing, growth, and budgeting. Our integrated Training Centre is the primary professional, technical and computer skills training centre in the North. We offer training and certification for business professionals out of our training centre in Yellowknife, as well as on-site training for employers in other communities in the Northwest Territories, the Yukon, Nunavut and the western provinces.. At our training centre in Yellowknife's YK Centre, students can sign up for a single course to upgrade skills in specific software applications, or register for a series of classes to work toward certification in Microsoft Office suite, CompTIA, PMP, ITIL, or Six Sigma. We host a Pearson VUE Exam Centre for taking certification exams. Ask us about how you can apply a portion of your course fee to offset the cost of certain certification exams!
