Tamarack MGMT

Tamarack MGMT is a Hawaii-based emergency management consulting firm established in November 2017 which provides emergency preparedness services such as emergency operations (and related) plan development, revision, and validation; training and advising; exercise planning, delivery, and evaluation; and other program and project management services to various clients all across the US. Principal Consultant Tamara Chapman has over 14 years of experience in emergency management and is a Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) certified Master Exercise Practitioner (MEP) and Army veteran. Throughout her career, she has worked in government, academic, and private sector environments. In the most recent five years prior to starting Tamarack MGMT, Ms. Chapman worked as a senior managing associate providing emergency preparedness contract services to various local, state, federal, and private clients across the United States. Tamarack MGMT is certified as a Woman Owned Small Business (WOSB) and a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB).
